Υπόθεση:
Anna Stolberg, a leader of an orphanage, is just preparing to celebrate Christmas with the children, when she receives a message that the rental agreement of the mansion has just been cancelled by the owner of the building. Although she and the kids are about to end up on the streets over Christmas, she keeps faith and against all hope tries her best to save the orphanage. When the kids play a trick on the owner of the mansion, an act of kindness by one of the children unexpectedly helps the man grow fond of them. Can this be the lucky break that the orphanage needs?

Ein rührender Weihnachtsfilm, mit einer herzergreifender Geschichte, aber an den Film »Der kleine Lord« kommt er trotzdem nicht heran.
